Duck Pond Oil Daily Painting Blue Lake Water Fowl Bird
"Duck Turn"

This is another painting from my previous photos of some ducks on a cold day last winter. I've since gone back for more photos of the birds and lake during our now hot and humid weather. I have lots of ideas and am "plotting" them in my head. I'm beginning to enjoy painting water and reflections instead of fearing the water!

Humming Bird and Snapdragons Oil Daily Painting

These birds are so much fun to attract to sugar-water feeders because they are always hungry! This spring they came to my flowers and feeders as usual. Then I didn't see them for several weeks because the weather turned unusually cool here. Thanks for visiting!
