Watercolor on Arches watercolor paper, 7" x 5". This is the first of a series of paintings I'm doing of three bananas. It's in watercolor and I enjoyed using the yellow/warm tones against the ultramarine blues.
Oil on hardboard panel, 6" x 6". Hard-boiled eggs spinkled with black pepper on a green salad plate. Eggs were the theme for the Daily Painters group shown on Monday 12/04.
Oil on hardboard Panel 5" x 7". These late-summer flowers are still going strong this November in my flower garden, although their leaves are beginning to turn yellow.
Oil on hardboard panel, 7" x 5". This still life of a starfuit is one of my daily painting projects. Under just the right light these starfruit halves simply glowed. When I sliced the starfruit, a seed was cut in half also. I thought that was a lucky stroke!
