Oil on stretched canvas, 14" x 11"
I combined some favorite flowers and a weathered adirondack chair for this piece. The fence with a climbing rose makes a secluded place in the garden for the chair and a container of pansies. Ahh, springtime! The humingbirds are already here and soon the daylilies will be blooming too. Maybe we'll have a few nice spring days after all of the flooding recently and before the heat of the summer gets here.

A wonderful painting, Debra! Love how you made the leading elements stand out! The pansies for instance. It guides the gaze.
